The machine room.
We could resell someone else's AI and add a margin. Instead we build the models, the engines that run them and the plumbing that lets a company use them safely. Everything here was built in Valpolicella, and most of it runs on a laptop you can buy in a shop.
scintilla
The fast one. A 2-billion-parameter language model that runs on any Mac with an Apple chip. It starts from MiniCPM5, an open model; the training, the compression and the engine are ours, written from scratch in C and Metal.
imagineer
A studio on your Mac. Images, vision and video on the computer in front of you. No internet, nothing uploaded, no data-centre graphics card.
eugeny
The heavyweight that fits in a backpack. Eugeny 5.1 already answers from our servers, reads images and keeps 262,144 tokens in mind. Eugeny 6, in training now, takes a 27-billion-parameter model down to 2 bits and 7.6 GB, so it can run on a laptop.
torchio
The press. It squeezes large models down to 2 bits and keeps what they know.
forgia
Where the models are born. Data, training on rented GPUs, exams and releases, run as jobs that leave a record. Every model we ship comes out of here with its family tree, its signature and the previous version ready to restore.
gateway
One door. Every AI model the company uses, ours and other people's, behind a single entrance. Budgets per person, automatic failover when a provider goes down. Written in Rust with zero dependencies.
matchbox
Nobody carries a password. Matchbox keeps the secrets and performs the sensitive actions itself, so people, apps and AI agents never hold a key. Everything is denied until someone grants it. Passkey sign-in. A log nobody can edit.
fornace.net
Describe it, it gets built. Our software studio, turned into a machine anyone can use: a playable voxel world, a sprint-training app, a property research tool and Bonazzi's wine shop were all built by describing them.
and the rest
hammersmith, an agent that sees long jobs through. waynode, an open-source workspace for coding agents. sentia, brand and creator monitoring for Italy, twice a day.
When a server dies halfway through a job, our systems pick up where they stopped. No duplicates, no gaps.
